William Falcão, Ph.D.
Mr. Falcão’s work addresses youth development through sport. His research focuses on coaching strategies that foster personal development in youth and that impact their lives. He has designed, implemented, and assessed the effectiveness of training programs for coaches, and he has worked with organizations that promote social development through sport. Mr. Falcão also has experience in mental performance with athletes at different levels.
Sébastien Lavoie, B.A.
Mr. Lavoie has over 20 years of experience in teaching. He has participated in implementing several programs, including a programme d’éducation internationale (international education program: PEI) and school sport programs. He has particular expertise in program implementation as well as excellent knowledge of the needs of student-athletes, which are essential qualities for the design and implementation of coaching programs.
Raymond Veillette, B.Sc.
Mr. Veillette is a lecturer in the Department of Kinesiology, Faculty of Medicine, Université Laval. He has worked for many years as a fitness trainer with the Rouge et Or (Red and Gold) football club at Université Laval, with professional hockey players, and with other elite athletes. He also serves as Coordinator for the fitness trainers affiliated with ESQL, and he is a seasoned conference presenter.
